Tax Free Childcare is available to working parents with children up to the age of 12, or 17 if they are registered as having a disability.
The government scheme pays £2 for every £8 parents pay for childcare, going up to a maximum of £2000 per child per year (or £4000 per year if your child is disabled).
You can apply for Tax Free Childcare at the same time as 30 Hours Childcare.
Use Tax Free Childcare over the School Holidays
Did you know you can use Tax-Free Childcare to help pay for Ofsted registered holiday clubs and childcare during the school holidays? Check with your childcare/activity provider that they have signed up to the scheme.
